This talk is about technology that helps people collaborate (specifically, work together building a common system) even when they have different skills and, as I’ll mention near the end, even when they don’t communicate directly with each other.

As I was preparing this talk several things came together and I’m going to be talking about a lot more than prototyping. I’ll still be using prototyping as a way of motivating the ideas, though.
