Now let’s get into the vision department. There is no reason this people-product diagram has to be limited to people on the same design team building prototypes. Think about application building in general.
The anatomical application model leads us to enlarge our concept of the builder community to include end-users ("wirers" in the diagram). We’ll have to provide a communication channel for them to communicate on requirements, and we’ll have to build tools for them. With good interfaces they will be able to collaborate with coders, sometimes at a distance and only indirectly through tools, to build applications.
One requirement for this to work is the simplest possible kind of interface between the organs and the skeletons, that is, between coders and wirers,so there is a simplicity and uniformity in the way developers and end-users work together.
