In this video we’re going to build the left side of the wiring diagram, the part that accesses an Item object from the database. We’re going to start by building a database browser.

Then we’ll strip off the user interface scaffolding, replacing these projectors with connector components (you will see them next), and encapsulate the remainder into a new component, called “ItalMenu”.
